Mahakumbh: The Eternal Tide
Like rivers twain in cosmic dance,
Where faith and time entwine,
The Mahakumbh calls in sacred trance,
A gathering divine.
Beneath the sky's vast golden dome,
Where holy waters gleam,
Pilgrims tread through froth and foam,
Lost in a mystic dream.
The conch resounds, the torches flare,
A hymn upon the breeze,
As saints in saffron chant a prayer,
Like whispers through the trees.
From mountain peaks and ocean strands,
They journey near and far,
With hope cupped gently in their hands,
Like heaven's brightest star.
Oh, Ganga pure, oh, Yamuna bright,
Embrace their souls anew,
And lead them forth in wisdom’s light,
Through waves of dawn's soft hue.
For here, where time and dharma meet,
The mortal finds release,
And in the Kumbh’s embrace so sweet,
A soul attains its peace.
