There are many theories and methods available on the market to offer assistance in picking the right subjects after 10th grade. But all the available resources fail to suit your choices in the majority of cases, don’t they? Choices are made by an independent person, and you cannot be termed independent until you start earning money. Therefore, choosing subjects for eleventh students appears to be a futile exercise. It is basically ingrained in our behaviour to reign over the choices of our children. The involvement of parents in the stream selection process makes the simple thing complex and inconclusive. However, it also provides them with a syrup of gratification and satisfaction. It is the preamble of Indian parental manuscripts.
Private coaching centers are mushrooming to convert the complex problem into a grave one. They are presenting tailor-made offers for you to choose between medical and engineering options. They have been quite successful in establishing the thought among parents that if they miss the opportunity at this juncture, they will have to regret in future.
Making the matter worse, the role of private schools comes into play. They have already made a set of batches in schools by offering streams to the students. The result is still awaited, but private schools are operating classes by already assigning subjects. It is both against the will of parents and children as well as the much-talked-about New Education Policy 2024. It defies the aim of the new education policy, which says it will transform the whole education system by offering demands that meet requirements.
Now, students are required to go through all these hurdles before selecting the subjects for their 11th standard. Therefore, choices, interests, aims, and goals are the web of problems that appear very trendy and fancy at this juncture to make you fail before you get up to walk on your feet.
So, in the end, what is required is a brave attitude, and everything will fall into place. Since nothing is perfect in this world, how do you think that you will not commit mistakes in the selection of your subjects based on your interests and potentials? Mistakes are bound to happen. It will give you experience that is mandatory to get the desired job. And if you are able to learn from your mistakes, you will become an entrepreneur. 5 months agoProper guidence of 11th student is good thing because when you choose your subject you choose your dreams too, but most important thing don't make pressure to choose from parents points of view.
