Before saying the good bye to the world, she shared a few nuggets of wisdom to inculcate in life for hitting century and above by following it religiously.
Toxic people: Staying away from the toxic people becomes the first priority of life to live long. How do you find them to stay away throws another challenge. Toxic people are full of ambition to mint money without formal education. They breathe jealousy and envy all the time. You may find them complaining all the time on every matter without any accountability. They are constantly weaving stories to gain advantage of the situation by downplaying others success and achievements. If toxic people circle around you, it will drain your energy like the old car sucks petrol.
Family Bound: Family is not only the backbone of success but also the pillar of mental stability and happiness. If you circle around your loved ones, you can face any challenges of your life very smoothly. And, when you spend time on the salad of happiness, longevity is the definite outcome.
Nature: Nature is the greatest stress buster if you learn to spend time with her. Nature teaches you to observe the things happening around you in slow motion. Observation helps you digest the information that becomes knowledge, and knowledge keeps the weed out of life. Nature promotes your relaxation by reducing the level of hormones associated with stress. Walking in nature stimulates endorphins, the body's natural mood elevators. Therefore, spending time in a calming environment promotes your longevity to a great extent.
Positivity: Positivity plays a greater role in living a longer life without any age-related diseases. It determines your behaviour and attitudes. You become successful in controlling the emotions. Balance of emotions strengthens your immune system, and by the fact, longevity thrives on it.
Simplicity: In order to maintain simplicity in your life, you have to let yourself flow with the time. In doing it, you have to rise with the sun and sleep with the moon. Prefer to eat what grows on soil. Drink water as if you are made of it. Walk on your feet and avoid the elevators, as they don’t exist in the world. This will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle in a simple way.
These are the nuggets of her longevity that she maintained in her life, although she had been very frequent to the nursing home during her last days, but her parting words were golden: “Don’t cry; I don’t like tears. Wherever I go, I will be happy.
